We were on a short break to Bournemouth and I promised my hubby a Bueno cocktail....when we arrived at the bar they had no ice cream for the much anticipated drink! However after a short jokey conversation with the very helpful barman we sat down with another (delicious) choice of drink. Next we knew Billy came over with 2 Bueno drinks having gone out for the ice cream. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Thank you Billy...you made our day!!
Did a cocktail class with Merlo and Billy and had an incredible time! Very accommodating and they made us feel very welcome! Will definitely be coming back to see them again, was very worth the money and time! Thanks gents!
Gave five stars for food but it is actually a cocktail bar. Drinks are amazing. Staff are so friendly and inviting. Atmosphere is great. Great deals including happy hour and student discount. Couldn't recommend more.

I was served but JD and Chris and honestly couldn’t recommend Be At One more. The service was impeccable and every drink was served with a smile on their faces. i was so impressed with how they remembered our drinks and how friendly they both are. A must go venue within bournemouth.
A nice little place that makes you think you're going to one level, but you're dropped down to the basement. It is an easy to follow cocktail menu but with all your favourites on one page that don't need any explanation. The toilets are very clean and stylish and everything works. The bar staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful as they want you to have the best experience. The atmosphere is very now with secluded booths and coloured lights. It was good that you could hear yourself talk, but I'm sure the music would have gone up with more people.
